Summary: The Engineering Parts Data Analyst role involves supporting the Asset Integrity Engineering Manager in managing Engineering Parts data critical for the performance and integrity of operational assets. The position requires conducting data analysis and system optimization activities, focusing on asset registers across various renewable energy sectors. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and be proficient in inventory management software and data visualization tools. This is a remote position for UK residents, with an IR35 status classified as inside.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the asset register data for all asset families, including offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, and BESS.
- Oversee the management and development of digital systems supporting the validation of asset registers.
- Ensure accurate records and availability of all engineering part data.
- Configure and manage multi-level parts organized into parent/child classes for key assets.
- Assist in analyzing asset data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of central digital systems.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role involving data analysis related to engineering equipment.
- Proficiency in inventory and asset management software (e.g., IFS, SAP, IBM Maximo).
- Programming awareness (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation and scripting.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office package (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
