This is a commission only role so it will suit aggressive, driven Energy & Renewables Recruiters with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Myn will provide you with everything you need to run your operation – Back-office support, AI Resourcer, active talent pools, CRM and ATS access and advertising on the most relevant jobs board. Online training academy to develop your skill set and move through the ranks What you will bring: 2+ years as an agency recruiter, focused on roles within the finance sector. Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing deals. Experience developing key accounts and identifying opportunities for growth. Proven ability to forecast accurately on revenue generation Comfortable using a range of different tools to source for passive and active candidates Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale. Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from role qualification to offer acceptance. This role is not for everyone; it demands a specific attitude and profile of individual to be successful.
