Key Responsibilities:
- Lead retention strategy across 5+ high-growth DTC accounts
- Act as the primary advisor for clients on retention strategy and broader growth insights
- Build detailed briefs for flows and campaigns aligned with brand, goals, and past learnings
- Oversee campaign calendars, pacing, and performance to hit KPIs
- Design and interpret A/B tests with clear hypotheses and learning agendas
- Pull monthly + quarterly reports and distil complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with your pod: ensure copy, design, and tech all align with the strategy
- Spot issues before they escalate. Troubleshoot and improve, always.
Key Skills:
- 2+ years in email/retention marketing (agency and DTC experience = big plus)
- Experience in leading strategy and owning results on large accounts
- Familiarity with AI trends and advancements
- Fluent in Klaviyo, with working knowledge of Shopify, GA, and analytics tools

You’ll lead a cross-functional pod of email specialists, designers, and copywriters - mapping out campaigns, flows, tests, and retention strategies that drive results.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead retention strategy across 5+ high-growth DTC accounts
- Act as the primary advisor for clients on retention strategy and broader growth insights
- Build detailed briefs for flows and campaigns aligned with brand, goals, and past learnings
