Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on Supply Chain and F&SCM modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture and integration designs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on best practices for Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
- Conduct system performance analysis and recommend optimisation to improve performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Architect, with a specialisation in Supply Chain and F&SCM modules.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 functionality, configurations, and extensions, particularly within supply chain processes such as inventory, procurement, production, and warehouse management.
- Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and applications.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing data migration strategies.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or Microsoft technologies are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations across multiple geographies.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices for Dynamics 365, including automated deployment and testing.
- Understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations.
Mainly remote some work based in Bedfordshire - circa 600 - 650 per day outside IR35.
