Summary: The Digital Marketing Intern at Zimmer Biomet will support the deployment of a Sales Enablement Tool across the EMEA region, gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing and project delivery within a global medical technology organization. This remote role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The intern will assist in content management, user training, and project tracking while contributing to marketing collateral and reporting activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, configuration, and launch of the Sales Enablement Tool across EMEA markets.
- Assist with content migration, organization, and tagging within the platform.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve queries.
- Help develop user guides, training materials, and quick-reference resources.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality checks prior to launch.
- Track project milestones and deliverables using workflow management tools.
- Assist in creating and formatting marketing collateral and digital assets.
- Support day-to-day marketing administration and asset organization.
- Contribute to reporting and analysis activities related to tool usage and project progress.
- Participate in team meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Proactively flag risks and blockers to the project lead.
Key Skills:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wrike, Trello, Asana).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms or content management systems is advantageous.

The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning, build and initial launch of a Sales Enablement Tool deployment across the EMEA region. Working within the EMEA Digital Marketing team, this role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, sales enablement and cross-functional project delivery within a global medical technology organisation. Based remotely, the successful candidate will be equally comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team. How You'll Create Impact
- Sales Enablement Tool Deployment Support
- Support the end-to-end planning, configuration and initial launch of the Sales Enablement Tool across EMEA markets.
- Assist with content migration, organisation and tagging within the platform to ensure materials are accurate, up to date and easily accessible for the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, IT) to gather requirements, align on timelines and resolve queries.
- Help develop user guides, training materials and quick-reference resources to support adoption across the region.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality checks prior to launch.
- Track project milestones, deliverables and open actions using workflow management tools.
- Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with the creation and formatting of marketing collateral, presentations and digital assets.
- Support day-to-day marketing administration, including file management, asset organisation and updating shared resources.
- Contribute to reporting and analysis activities related to tool usage, content engagement and project progress.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Participate in regular team meetings, project stand-ups and cross-functional working sessions via video conferencing tools.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with team members and stakeholders across multiple EMEA markets.
- Proactively flag risks, blockers or dependencies to the project lead.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
