Job role / duties Lead product launches, drive demand through modern marketing campaigns and accelerate growth across distribution and OEM channels. Act as the bridge between product, sales and marketing, making sure solutions are visible, competitive, and positioned for success. Own and deliver end-to-end product launches across the UK & Ireland Lead segment-focused campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion ROI Reporting monthly to MD Increase product visibility and product width on distributor platforms Collaborate with partners to create impactful campaigns and promotions Develop stock and go-to-market strategies with distributors Work closely with field and internal sales teams to align on growth strategies Develop sales tools, content, and campaigns to support revenue targets Actively engage with customers and partners to strengthen relationships Identify growth opportunities across key verticals and applications Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and pricing
