Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of live cloud service monitoring and proactive troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM templates) in a version-controlled environment.
- Effective communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies and IT estate management.

This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a remote role with very occasional UK travel. Our client is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimising cloud infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, performance in line with SLAs, and relevance to business needs. The DevOps Engineer will contribute to major technology and digital transformation programs, implementing continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) to support service enhancements. You will work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, supporting existing cloud services while assisting in the design and deployment of new solutions. Applying Agile methodologies and adhere to industry best practices for digital service expansion in Microsoft Azure.
