Summary: The Oracle HCM Specialist role involves providing application support for Oracle HCM, focusing on HR modules, within a hybrid working environment in Warwick. The position requires troubleshooting issues, ensuring timely responses, and building relationships with clients and project teams. The successful candidate will possess strong Oracle HCM experience and excellent communication skills. This is a one-year contract position classified as inside IR35 with a daily rate of £450.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support for Oracle HCM, particularly HR modules (HRMS, SSHR, Workflow, OLM, BI, SQL)
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by system operators and help desk teams
  • Ensure timely responses within SLAs and OLAs
  • Build solid relationships with clients and project teams
  • Deliver politically sensitive solutions with professionalism

Key Skills:

  • Strong Oracle HCM experience, with emphasis on HR functionalities
  • Analytical and investigative problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in application support teams
  • Knowledge of SQL querying and configuration
  • Familiarity with help desk systems and service request management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade stakeholders
