Summary: The DevOps Engineer role focuses on enhancing a Document Management System (DMS) and requires a strong understanding of data management. The role is remote and classified as inside IR35, requiring collaboration with suppliers and customers while managing work packages and milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Document Management System (DMS) with a focus on data understanding.
- Document Salesforce DevOps setup for the client.
- Complete work packages with milestone reviews.
- Escalate problems at own discretion.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers.
- May have supervisory responsibilities.
- Support client upskilling in Azure Development and DevOps.
- Perform a broad range of tasks, take initiative, and schedule work.
- Utilize knowledge of Azure ADF/Data Bricks/Git Hub/Terraform for coding and infrastructure building.
- Engage in problem solving and documentation.
- Work on UK Gov standard digital product delivery.
- Support clients in upskilling on DevOps and data product design.
- Conduct data discovery work to enhance data management capabilities.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of data management.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps.
- Knowledge of Azure ADF/Data Bricks/Git Hub/Terraform.
- Experience in CI/CD processes.
- Problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Ability to support client upskilling in Azure Development and DevOps.
- Experience in digital product delivery for UK Gov standards.
