Summary: The role of DevOps Engineer involves enhancing a Document Management System (DMS) and supporting clients in upskilling in Azure Development and DevOps. The position requires a strong understanding of data management and the ability to document Salesforce DevOps setups. The engineer will also perform data discovery work to improve data management capabilities for the client. This role is remote and classified as inside IR35, requiring work through an umbrella company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Document Management System (DMS) and support clients in Azure Development and DevOps.
- Document Salesforce DevOps setups and complete work packages with milestone reviews.
- Escalate problems and work with suppliers and customers, potentially supervising others.
- Perform data discovery work to improve data management capabilities.
- Take initiative in scheduling own and others' work while supporting client upskilling.
Key Skills:
- Good working knowledge of Azure ADF, Data Bricks, Git Hub, Terraform, and DevOps (CI/CD) processes.
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Experience in data product design and digital product delivery.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
