Summary: This Data Services Developer role is integral to the Data Team within a global SuccessFactors programme, focusing on developing and delivering a data services-led migration solution. The position requires collaboration with client Process Owners and Functional Leads to ensure the accuracy of solution requirements while developing and testing SDS jobs. Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance and be Sole UK Nationals. The contract is set to run until May 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a data services-led migration solution as part of the Data Team.
• Develop and test SDS jobs in alignment with overall solution requirements.
• Liaise with client Process Owners and Functional Leads to ensure accuracy and alignment.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience using and developing on SAP Data Services.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR tables, structures, and transactions.
• Experience with SAP Data Migration project lifecycles.
• Understanding of HR processes.
• Experience in data analysis and identifying data quality issues.
• Familiarity with data governance and management principles.
• Knowledge of GDPR principles for migration involving sensitive data.
• Strong interpersonal and engagement skills.
