- Analyzes user requirements to determine database customization strategy and order entry flow.
- Conducts quality assurance tests on database changes to ensure user requirements are met prior to submission to restaurants.
- Identifies data trends or issues and recommends effective solutions relating to restaurant systems.
Key Skills:
- Typically requires a college degree (or equivalent) with up to one year of experience but may not have any.
- Has conceptual knowledge of theories, principles, and practices within discipline and industry.
