We're committed to celebrating diversity and ensuring inclusivity, where every voice matters and contributes to our collective success.Key Responsibilities:You will provide advanced analytical services to strategic healthcare projects in the form of descriptive analyses, prospective service modelling, retrospective analyses, and evaluation.Automation of routine tasks, modelling, and analytics through the application of tools and techniques such as SQL.Develop excellent relationships and support effective communication between all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.Maximise the information held within existing data sets, including complex data management and manipulation exploiting their potential in turning information into knowledge.Work with a broad spectrum of data from a wide range of sources presenting complex and sophisticated information in a meaningful way.To take a lead role in project delivery..Knowledge & Skills:Should be proficient in Microsoft SQL Server technology.You will have experience of using NHS data sets and conducting data analysis and statistical inference.Have the ability to deliver at pace in supporting short term projects.You will have excellent data manipulation and interpretation skills.Experience of using visual analytics platforms Tableau and Power BIExperienced in programming using Python and RGood communicator with the ability to present complex technical issues in a non-technical way.The next step?We value independent thinking and risk-taking.
