CRM (Customer Relationship Management) contractors are engaged to implement, configure, optimise, and support the platforms that organisations use to manage their customer and prospect data, sales pipelines, marketing automation, and customer service operations. The most widely used CRM platforms in the UK contracting market are Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Zoho, and CRM contractors typically specialise in one or two of these platforms rather than operating as generalists.
