Summary: The Control Systems Software Engineer role involves joining a leading engineering firm to support a major standardisation programme focused on PLC and SCADA module development. The position is initially a 6-month contract with potential for extension and offers remote working, with an initial two-week on-site ramp-up in Newcastle upon Tyne. The ideal candidate will have experience in control systems and software integration within subsea and offshore sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop PLC and build SCADA interfaces
- Deliver modular software components to integrate into broader systems
- Create supporting documentation using internal templates

- Occasionally test hardware onsite (equipment provided)
Key Skills:
