Summary: The Content Adaptation Manager (Italian Speaking) is a temporary role within a global pharmaceutical company, focusing on the adaptation of centrally created content for local markets. The position requires fluency in Italian and English, along with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure quality adaptations and compliance with local market requirements. This role is remote and initially set for a duration of six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Cx Engagement & Activation Director and Agency to understand customer journey and content plan for creative adaptation of centrally delivered assets.
- Brief Content Hub Production Team on content production and manage rounds of changes with Asset Owner.
- Support adaptation of above market content to local label requirements for compliance and execution readiness.
- Manage content tracking and demand forecasting with Content Hub for timely executions.
- Collaborate with Content Hub and Cx Activation Director on engagement plan delivery via localisation.
Key Skills:
- Fluent in Italian.
- Previous experience in a Pharmaceutical consulting environment or Medical Communications agency.
- Understanding of the pharma industry market for promotional content.
- Prior content adaptation experience.
- Knowledge of the local market, specifically Italian marketing and content.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with DAM/MLR tools.
