Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management initiatives for large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs.
- Work at the programme level on change frameworks, impact assessments, and change management strategies.
- Engage with programme leads and report to senior stakeholders.
- Create and implement Change Management Frameworks such as Adkar/Prosci.
- Build and maintain a network of change champions.
- Manage change adoption across multiple concurrent projects (4-6 at once).
- Deliver end-to-end change management processes.
- Develop communication strategies and plans, selecting effective channels.
- Contribute to training content and delivery methods.
- Coordinate readiness assessments and change impact analyses.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and enhance processes and documentation.
Key Skills:
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs for global organizations.
- Proven experience in change management frameworks (Adkar/Prosci certification highly desired).
- Broad knowledge across change management areas: IT, people, processes, and culture.
- Strong communication skills and experience in developing communication strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and high volumes of change simultaneously.
- Experience in training strategy and delivery.
