Key Responsibilities:

• Advise internal clients on legal matters including contracts, marketing, and compliance.
• Support the Go to Market (GTM) team in achieving objectives and meeting deadlines.
• Draft, negotiate, review, and interpret commercial documents such as MSAs, NDAs, and data processing agreements.
• Implement processes to improve legal team workflows related to commercial transactions.
• Provide legal advice on issues related to marketing, advertising, privacy, and intellectual property.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure effective legal support.

Key Skills:

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent degree with bar membership.
• 2-4 years of relevant in-house legal experience, particularly in a SaaS environment.
