Summary: The Cloud Data Ingestion Engineer will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines in a cloud-based environment, specifically focusing on ingestion, transformation, and integration into Snowflake within Azure. This role requires a hands-on technical data engineer with expertise in the modern data stack and experience with healthcare data. The ideal candidate will design scalable ingestion pipelines and ensure data quality and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize modern data pipelines within a cloud-based ecosystem.
- Own end-to-end data flow including ingestion, transformation, and integration into Snowflake.
- Design and enhance scalable ingestion pipelines for near real-time data movement.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across the platform.
Key Skills:
- Deep expertise in Snowflake, Fivetran, HVR, dbt, and Python.
- Experience working with healthcare data.
- Comfortable with ingestion tools, cloud infrastructure, and transformation frameworks.
