Key Responsibilities:
- Leading imaging system implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to post-go-live support
- Coordinating with clinical, technical, and vendor teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
- Developing and managing detailed project charter, plans, RAID logs, and communication strategies
- Supporting end-user training coordination and go-live readiness activities
- Acting as a liaison between IT, radiology, and Senior leadership
Key Skills:
- Experienced in leading enterprise-level implementations and integrations of imaging systems across both cardiology and radiology domains
- Skilled in end-to-end project management, including vendor coordination, system migrations, order/result integrations, and stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to deliver results in complex healthcare environments, with expertise in cloud transitions, workflow optimization, and cost-effective vendor negotiations
- Project experience includes implementation and integration of various imaging systems
- Experience with Vendor Management, Clinical System integration HL7/DICOM interface, Workflow Optimization, Issue and Risk Management

We are seeking a Project Manager to manage multiple clinical imaging technology projects in a healthcare setting for a 1-year contract. This remote role will manage imaging projects involving cardiology and radiology applications.
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $58-62/hr plus benefits
What You ll Do:
- Leading imaging system implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to post-go-live support
- Coordinating with clinical, technical, and vendor teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
- Developing and managing detailed project charter, plans, RAID logs, and communication strategies
- Supporting end-user training coordination and go-live readiness activities
- Acting as a liaison between IT, radiology, and Senior leadership

- Proven ability to deliver results in complex healthcare environments, with expertise in cloud transitions, workflow optimization, and cost-effective vendor negotiations.
- Project experience includes implementation and integration of systems but not limited to Circle CVI, Qpath, Optimize, MODMed EMA and gMed, Medstreaming, Natus EEG, VIZ.ai, Merge Cardio, CCW EP, Athena, Vidistar, Digisonics, and GE ViewPoint.
- Experience with Vendor Management, Clinical System integration HL7/DICOM interface, Workflow Optimization, Issue and Risk Management
