As a Channel Marketing Manager embedded within Equals Five, you will:

- Co-create go-to-market campaigns with sales, product, and partner teams to drive performance across partner ecosystems.
- Build structured, repeatable frameworks that scale with our clients’ growth ambitions.
- Leverage data to optimise performance, track ROI, and continuously improve impact.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, translating insights into action across channels, regions, and partner tiers.

- Proven Channel Marketing Expertise
- Experience crafting and executing channel strategies within B2B scale-ups, EV Infrastructure SaaS, Clean Tech and Smart Grid Tech environments, ideally focused on the UK market.
- You've navigated the chaos of fast growth and brought order through strategy and execution.
- Strong Commercial Acumen
- You understand the business impact of marketing. Your programs are aligned with sales goals, revenue metrics, and performance KPIs, and you speak the language of both marketing and commercial leaders.
- Hands-On Marketing Execution
- You know how to deliver. From joint campaigns and digital toolkits to co-branded content and partner enablement, you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing with precision.
- Data-Driven & Martech Fluent
- Skilled in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and AI-enabled tools to scale performance, gain insights, and automate partner communications.
- Strategic Relationship Builder
