Key Responsibilities:

Job Title :- Cerner Consultant

Location :Remote

Onshore Cerner Technical Consultant must have experience in performing AMS support for large healthcare environments, including SLA & KPI-based delivery, ITIL/SCRUM-based operations, and project delivery experience. Strong Cerner functional breadth is required, with preferred experience in a delivery role supporting large US healthcare clients.

Core Functional Domains:

  • Registration / ADT
  • Charge Services / Patient Accounting
  • Clinical Modules (FirstNet, CareAware, Nursing)
  • Ancillaries (PathNet, RadNet, Pharmacy – at least dependency-level knowledge)
  • Core Security (access, roles, audits)

AMS Operations & ITIL:

  • Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management (ITIL v3/v4)
  • P1/P2 incident management and RCA ownership
  • SLA/SLO tracking and reporting
  • Knowledge deflection and incident trend reduction
  • On-call / after-hours support model

Security, Access & Compliance Awareness:

  • Resolution of incidents and service requests (RITM)
  • Preparing and presenting RCAs
