Summary: The C4ISR Policy & Interoperability Consultant role is a senior-level contract position focused on supporting NATO and defense organizations in the development of policies and governance for C3/C4ISR capabilities, emphasizing interoperability. Key Responsibilities:
- Support NATO and defense organizations in shaping policy and governance for C3/C4ISR capabilities.
- Manage complex C4ISR capability development projects.
- Produce technical documentation including reports and specifications.
- Work within NATO committees and working groups on capability development and interoperability.
- Utilize expertise in Wikimedia / Semantic MediaWiki platforms.

Key Requirements
- Expert knowledge of NATO C4ISR systems , emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of NATO C3 policies and directives , including the NATO C3 Interoperability Policy and NATO Enterprise C3 Interoperability Directive .
- Proven experience across the full C4ISR/IT system lifecycle (analysis, design, engineering, development, integration, implementation).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex C4ISR capability development projects .
- Strong background in producing technical documentation (reports, specifications).
- Experience working within NATO committees and working groups , particularly on capability development and interoperability.
- Expertise using and maintaining Wikimedia / Semantic MediaWiki platforms.
