Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day employment law advice to HR and senior management.
- Support complex employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and restructures.
- Advise on TUPE transfers, workforce change projects, and organisational transformation.
- Draft, review, and advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Manage employment litigation risk and advise on tribunal strategy where required.
- Support HR with settlement agreements and exits.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver commercially focused legal solutions.
- Instruct and manage external counsel where necessary.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
- Strong in-house or private practice employment law background.
- Proven experience advising on a broad range of employment law matters.
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and add value from day one.
