Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage employment litigation risk and advise on tribunal strategy where required.
  • Support HR with settlement agreements and exits.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver commercially focused legal solutions.
  • Instruct and manage external counsel where necessary.

I am currently working exclusively with a well-established organisation operating across multiple sectors , seeking an Employment Solicitor 12M FTC to provide expert employment law support during a period of increased workload and change. This role will suit an experienced employment solicitor who can deliver pragmatic, commercial advice and operate as a trusted adviser to HR and senior stakeholders. Job Title: Employment Solicitor 12M FTC Contract: 12 months Location: Birmingham Salary / Day Rate: 70,000 - 95,000 dependent upon experience Working Pattern: Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day employment law advice to HR and senior management.
