Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents from initial assessment to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Lead or support senior managers on critical Bronze/Silver Incidents.
- Provide clear and timely updates to key business stakeholders on incident status.
- Drive Post Incident Reviews (PIRs), documenting root causes and tracking resolutions.
- Identify and lead Service Improvement initiatives across the incident management process.
- Monitor and manage incident tools like ServiceNow and Teams.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance incident management frameworks.
