Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Support backlog refinement and ensure stories are ready for sprint planning
- Act as a bridge between business users and development teams, ensuring shared understanding
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and root cause evaluations to support solution design
- Assist in defining MVP scope and validating solutions align with business goals
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as needed
- Continuously engage stakeholders for feedback and iterate requirements accordingly
- Validate implemented features through user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination
- Promote Agile values and help optimize team workflows for business value delivery
