This customer is considered AMS, but we work with their teams globally, so consultant must be willing to be flexible and work very early mornings (i.e., 6:30am ET).
Need a Sr. BPC for the continuation of the ITSM AI Optimization project. We are going to implement AI Search for Svc Ops Workspace. Resource should have knowledge of SOW and AI search. Now Assist knowledge would be valuable too. This customer is very assertive, so need a SBPC that is very experienced and really knows and follows agile processes.
