Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between business leaders and DevOps/engineering teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
- Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements, define user stories, and establish success criteria.
- Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to enhance delivery and business value.
- Identify process gaps using data and observations, proposing practical solutions.
- Facilitate discussions and clarify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Create process maps, reports, and dashboards to keep projects on track.
- Evaluate risks and benefits of changes to ensure operational continuity.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years in business analysis, technical project management, or a bridging role between business and tech teams.
- Solid understanding of DevOps fundamentals (e.g., CI/CD, automation, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Git.
- Outstanding communication skills for simplifying technical concepts for executives and framing business needs for engineers.
- A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Exposure to scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) or infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) is a bonus.
- Experience with SaaS is a plus.
