Summary: The Business Analyst role is a contract position focused on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams within a leading Change & Transformation Consultancy. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Create process maps and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for system enhancements.
- Support the Product Backlog and Roadmap in partnership with Solution Architects.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyse internal and external data sources to support decision-making.
- Assist Project Managers with planning, risk management, and reporting.
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors and third-party suppliers.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in compliance-oriented environments.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent documentation and specification writing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with backlog tracking, burndown metrics, and iterative delivery.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as SharePoint.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, ITIL, Agile) are highly desirable.
