Summary: The Data Analyst role focuses on evaluating generative AI models, specifically in image and video content. Key Responsibilities:
- Prototype human rating and semi-automatic evaluation systems for generative AI models.
- Conduct hands-on content evaluation to identify strengths and weaknesses of models.
- Translate evaluation findings into actionable insights for engineers.
- Mine and prepare data to address performance gaps and support training cycles.
- Collaborate with Product Data Ops teams to scale validated evaluation protocols.
Key Skills:
- Solid data analysis experience.
- Practical skills in Python and SQL.
- Industry experience in product-focused tech, preferably with software development, QA, or AI-driven products.
- Experience in computer vision or generative AI (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive evaluation tasks.
- Background in startups, big tech, or fast-paced AI environments (preferred).

Job Title: Data Analyst – Generative AI Evaluation (Hybrid, 3 days a week)
About the Role
Our client is at the cutting edge of generative AI, building the future of how people create and experience images and video. But here’s the challenge: while the tech evolves rapidly, measuring quality in AI-generated content is far from straightforward. Subtle differences—a detail in a face, the naturalness of motion, or whether a model follows a prompt—can make or break the user experience. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for 10 detail-obsessed Data Analysts (5 focused on image in MPK and 5 focused on video in LON) to help shape the next generation of AI evaluation. You’ll work hand-in-hand with engineers and researchers to design, test, and scale evaluation protocols that ensure the models being built are not just powerful, but delightfully accurate.
What You’ll Do
- Prototype human rating and semi-automatic evaluation systems for cutting-edge generative AI models.
- Get hands-on with content evaluation—identifying where models shine, and where they need work.
- Translate findings into clear insights for engineers, shaping how models evolve.
- Mine and prepare the right data to close performance gaps and fuel the next training cycle.
- Collaborate with Product Data Ops (PDO) teams to scale validated protocols, ensuring quality at scale.
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- Solid data analysis experience.
- Practical skills in Python and SQL (enough to run and adapt scripts).
- Industry experience in product-focused tech, ideally with exposure to software development, QA, or AI-driven products.
Great to have:
- Experience in computer vision or generative AI.
- A strong eye for detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive yet critical evaluation tasks.
- Background in startups, big tech, or fast-paced AI environments.
