- Act as a bridge between the business and IT teams, coordinating with vendors and the Veeva CTMS implementation partner.
- Work with the QA team to address techno-functional queries from both business and IT stakeholders.
- Lead the Subject ID generation process based on the client's current methodology and propose improvements aligned with long-term vision and scalability.
- Serve as the primary business lead for Veeva CTMS implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and timelines.
