Oracle Manufacturing Lead Consultant- 6months-Darlington

Summary: Kirtana Consulting is seeking an Oracle Manufacturing Lead Consultant for a 6-month rolling contract based in Darlington. The role requires extensive experience in Oracle Manufacturing and related modules, along with strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage business discussions and testing. The consultant will be responsible for documentation, solution design, and support during various project phases. A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions on business solutions and manage client business discussions.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and document business requirements.
• Conduct Fit Gap analysis, solutioning, and design.
• Oversee cutover, conversions, go-live, and production support.
• Visualize dependencies, identify risks, and propose mitigation actions.
• Ensure understanding of the SDLC process and manage SIT, UAT testing, and business training support.
• Provide recommendations for solution approaches based on understanding of Item BOM Routing, Costing, and Order Management functional areas.
• Document detailed design framework.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in Oracle Manufacturing (MFG), Oracle Order Management (OM), and Oracle Inventory (INV).
• Strong business requirement documentation skills.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to lead discussions and manage testing.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes.
• Understanding of Item BOM Routing, Costing, and Order Management.
• Experience in managing SIT and UAT testing.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
