Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Looker dashboards that support business decision-making
- Optimise and scale Looker instances to improve performance
- Partner with Insights and Finance teams to enhance reporting and self-service BI
- Establish governance frameworks, BI standards, and reporting best practices
- Own BI tooling operations to ensure reliable, accurate, and accessible reporting
- Lead end-to-end BI improvement projects independently
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Looker and LookML
- Advanced SQL and comfort working across complex data models

This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to drive BI improvements from concept through to deployment within a small, collaborative team.
