We are partnering with an NHS organisation to appoint an experienced Equal Pay and Job Evaluation Specialist for a critical interim assignment. Following recent TUPE transfers, there is a need to review and address potential pay disparities. This project will focus on creating a fair and transparent pay structure supported by a robust job evaluation process.
