Summary: The Beyond Trust Consultant role is a remote position focused on the technical implementation of BeyondTrust PAM for Windows service accounts. The consultant will collaborate with application owners and manage infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments. Candidates should have a background in system engineering and experience with BeyondTrust deployment. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical implementation of BeyondTrust PAM for Windows service accounts.
- Integrate BeyondTrust with Active Directory (on-prem) and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD sync).
- Collaborate with application owners to enable secure remote access to servers via BeyondTrust.
- Design and execute onboarding workflows for service accounts across multiple environments (Prod + 3 lower tiers).
- Support long-term vision to extend PAM controls to workstation endpoints.
- Manage infrastructure across hybrid cloud (IBM Cloud, Azure) with ~1,000 servers (primarily Windows, some Linux).
- Ensure secure and scalable PAM deployment across entrusted environments.
- Provide guidance on AD account management within BeyondTrust (not a migration, but ongoing management).

- Proven experience implementing BeyondTrust PAM in enterprise environments.
- Strong background in infrastructure and operations, especially hybrid cloud setups.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Azure, and IBM Cloud.
