Summary: The Beacon Application Analyst is responsible for configuring, building, and installing the application under the direction of the Application Manager. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the software and the clinical and business operations it supports. The analyst will also develop internal procedures, prepare specifications for system enhancements, and assist in user training. Additionally, they will serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting during training and stabilization periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, build, and install the application under the direction of the Application Manager.
- Achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and understand related policies and procedures.
- Develop and document internal procedures, collect information, and prepare specifications for system enhancements.
- Analyze functionality in new releases and test each new release.
- Assist in the development of user training aids and train end users in workflow and application use.
- Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting problems and questions from end-users during training, go-live, and stabilization periods.
Key Skills:
- Epic Beacon Certified.
- Experience building Protocols/Treatment Plans.
- Experience with Research studies.

Job Summary:
- Working under the direction of the Application Manager, the Application Analyst (AA) functions as the primary build expert to configure, build & install the application.
- The AA must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical and business operation supported by the application.
- The AA develops and documents internal procedures, collects information and prepares specifications of system enhancements, analyzes functionality in new releases and tests each new release.
- The AA also assists in the development of user training aids and may train end users in workflow and use of the application. AAs function as the primary contact to troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users during training, go-live and stabilization periods.
