Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Lead Oracle Cloud ERP to drive and oversee financial transformation initiatives for public sector clients. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, with strong command over fund accounting, encumbrance accounting, and all core ERP modules. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, delivery, and team development while ensuring alignment with public sector compliance and fiscal management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and oversee financial transformation initiatives for public sector clients.
  • Lead solution design and delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Ensure alignment with public sector compliance and fiscal management standards.
  • Manage team development and client relationships at the executive level.
  • Utilize expertise in fund accounting and encumbrance accounting.

Key Skills:

  • 15+ years of Oracle Financials experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Oracle Cloud ERP.

Required Qualifications:
