Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Azure Subject Matter Expert (SME) across various Azure projects.
  • Design landing zones, perform migrations, and manage deployments.
  • Build, deploy, and optimize Azure environments for multiple customers.
  • Engage in customer projects related to Azure Cloud infrastructure.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or cloud services environment.
  • Deep expertise in Azure infrastructure services.
  • Strong experience with Bicep for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience in building landing zones and executing large-scale migrations.
  • Strong networking and security knowledge, including hub-spoke architecture, firewalls, and governance.

Azure Cloud Infrastructure Technical Consultant – Contract, Outside IR35, £550-650 per day, fully remote (UK)

A leading Managed Service Provider is seeking an Azure Infrastructure Technical Consultant for a 6-month contract, working fully remote. This role is outside IR35 and pays £550–£650 per day. You will act as the Azure SME, working across a variety of Azure projects including landing zone design, migrations, and deployments. This is a hands-on technical role where you will be building, deploying, and optimising Azure environments for multiple customers. Customer projects can be anything related to the Azure Cloud infrastructure.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working for an MSP or cloud services environment
  • Deep expertise across Azure infrastructure services
  • Strong experience with Bicep for IaC
  • Experience building landing zones and performing large-scale migrations
  • Strong networking and security knowledge (hub-spoke, firewalls, governance)

This is an initial 6-month contract (extendable), and fully remote in the UK. This will be a quick interview process and ideally a start date within the next 1-2 weeks. You must have experience working for a UK MSP or UK consulting company.
