Summary: The role of ASP.NET Core Developer 2 involves developing and enhancing web applications using ASP.NET and Angular 14 or above, specifically for Special Education funded applications. The position requires strong experience in database design, web APIs, and front-end technologies, with a focus on compliance and performance optimization. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and troubleshoot application issues. This is a remote position with a requirement for extensive experience in relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET.
  • Develop UI pages in Angular 14 or above.
  • Design and implement database schemas, SQL, Stored Procedures, and Entity Framework.
  • Develop and maintain Web APIs using .NET Core and understand RESTful APIs.
  • Implement responsive behavior in legacy ASP.NET applications.
  • Ensure ADA compliance for web pages.
  • Write integration tests for APIs and front-end applications as well as unit tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in ASP.NET Core and C#.
  • Experience with SQL Server and database design.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and tools (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, Selenium).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Experience with making web pages ADA 504 Compliant.
  • Familiarity with Bootstrap, Blazor, and jQuery.
  • Experience with Angular 18 Version is preferred.
  • Understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure is preferred.
