Summary: The role of Agile Project Manager focuses on delivering projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a remote capacity with occasional travel to the London office. The position requires strong experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira. The successful candidate will oversee project lifecycles, manage Agile teams, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension, starting in November 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to successful delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget objectives.
- Lead and manage Agile project teams, driving collaboration, accountability, and productivity.
- Use Jira to track project progress, manage sprints, and communicate updates across teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the project.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution to avoid project delays.
- Ensure strong stakeholder management and facilitate smooth project transitions across teams and departments.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working as a Technical Project Manager in an Agile environment.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and proficiency in using Jira for tracking and project management.
- Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-project review.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
