Summary: The Assistant Database Administrator/Worksite Specialist role is a remote position requiring approximately 10 hours of work per week for a minimum of three years. The candidate must be available Monday to Friday during specified hours and will be responsible for supporting Worksite maintenance, Teleforms, and database management. The role emphasizes effective communication and collaboration with both technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Worksite routine maintenance and upgrades.
- Support Teleforms and provide technical assistance to users.
- Develop and deliver technology training for diverse user groups.
- Design, install, create, and maintain databases.
- Monitor databases and application backups for recoverability.
- Troubleshoot Worksite issues alongside the Network operations team.
- Optimize databases for efficiency and performance with the Database Administrator.
- Migrate legacy SQL applications.
- Work with web-based software architecture.
Key Skills:
- 6 years of experience with Worksite maintenance and upgrades.
- 5 years of experience with Teleforms.
- 5 years of experience in technology training delivery.
- 4 years of experience in database design and maintenance.
- 2 years of experience in monitoring databases and backups.
- 2 years of experience providing technical assistance.
- 2 years of experience troubleshooting with Network operations.
- 2 years of experience optimizing databases.
- 2 years of experience migrating SQL applications.
- Familiarity with web-based software architecture.
- Strong communication skills in English.
