Inside IR35 contract - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst for a contract role within the public sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver meaningful projects while working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including user stories, process maps, and business requirements documents (BRDs).
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Develop and refine business processes, identifying improvements to enhance efficiency and value delivery.
• Ensure deliverables align with GDS (Government Digital Service) standards, and support GDS service assessments.
• Validate solutions through testing, user acceptance processes, and stakeholder feedback.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on public sector projects.
• Proficiency in producing detailed documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams.
• Strong understanding of GDS standards and experience supporting GDS service assessments.
• Proven experience in agile environments, with hands-on knowledge of tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
