Summary: The Service & Release Specialist role requires proven experience in software delivery within regulated environments, focusing on both on-premise and cloud technologies, particularly Azure and Pega Cloud. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage software delivery within regulated environments.
- Utilize on-premise and cloud technologies, primarily Azure and Pega Cloud.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Engage with tech teams to understand decisions and risks.
- Utilize enterprise-grade project management and change management tools, specifically Atlassian and ServiceNow.
- Implement software automation tools like Jenkins, GoCD, Azure DevOps, Azure Portal, and Pega Deployment Manager.
- Understand and apply Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Plan and organize high volumes of changes to software applications.
