Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver multiple projects within the GD Missions Systems and C4I area
• Lead competitive and non-competitive bids for similar work
• Ensure timely provision of programme deliverables, performance metrics, and progress reports
• Maintain programme budgetary control and effective risk management
• Plan and execute projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Lead project teams, working closely with lead engineers and customer counterparts
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and suppliers in the defence industry
• Deliver projects within allocated time, budget, and quality requirements
• Manage a portfolio of projects of medium complexity
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and improvement

• Proven experience in programme/project management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong understanding of programme management principles, techniques, and best practices
• Excellent communication skills with ability to manage customer relationships effectively
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
