Summary: The Regional Financial Analyst role at Ingenico is a temporary 12-month contract focused on Financial Planning & Analysis. The position involves supporting the EMEA Financial Controller with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, providing an opportunity for professional development in accounting systems and regional reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Performing month-end closing checks and planning
- Assisting EMEA Financial Controller in the preparation and review of all financial reporting monthly deliverables including variance analysis and supporting commentary
- P&L and KPI reporting to internal budget holders / sub-function owners (such as Operations and R&D)
- Ad-hoc tasks such as retrieving analysis from Power BI or TM1 to support information requests
- May be involved and/or take the lead on certain assignments
- Supporting EMEA Financial Controller in the preparation and review of annual budget and bi-annual forecasts
Key Skills:
- University / College graduate in accounting / finance or Chartered Accountant
- Good knowledge of TEAMS and Microsoft (particularly Excel)
- Must be a quick learner, pro-active, inquisitive, and self-motivated
- Collaborative and team orientated
- Ambition to qualify through ACCA or CIMA (if not qualified)
- Effective communication skills at all levels within the organisation
- Ability to use initiative and self-starter
- Attention to detail, highly organised with good time management
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with an ability to build relationships with and influence internal stakeholders
- Previous experience of working within an accounts team
- Experience of working in the payment industry is not essential

Who We Are
The Ingenico EMEA central finance department oversees financial reporting, control and planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and business partnering with other functions. Reporting into Global Finance, EMEA Finance operate across a large and profitable geographical region, working with finance leads in local sub-regions by consolidating information and validating the performance month on month.
