Summary: The Recruitment Partner role is a fixed-term contract for six months, focused on internal recruitment within a fast-paced environment. The position requires a motivated recruiter with experience in both volume and niche roles, particularly across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders to source quality candidates and provide comprehensive recruitment support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the Recruitment team and internal stakeholders to secure the best talent.
- Creating a constant recruitment pipeline and talent bank across key locations.
- Placing job adverts on internal and external websites.
- Direct candidate searching.
- Collating candidate responses and sifting CVs in conjunction with the recruiting Manager.
- Conducting telephone screening with all potential candidates.
- Contacting candidates and arranging interviews.
- Ensuring we have the relevant documentation and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
- Maintaining new employee folders ensuring they are always up to date.
- Assisting with the organisation of company inductions, including venue and travel bookings.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines and within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills - must be able to manage several roles at once.
- Previous Recruitment experience, ideally within industry is preferred.
- Able to build strong relationships.
