Summary: The Recruitment Partner role is a 12-month fixed-term contract focused on full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior level positions across various functions including Brand, Publishing Operations, HR, and Technology. The position requires collaboration with hiring managers and candidates to deliver an excellent candidate experience while managing multiple roles simultaneously. The successful candidate will be proactive in sourcing talent and promoting the company's employer brand. This role is integral to the recruitment team and reports to the Head of Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior level roles across Brand, Publishing Operations, HR & Technology.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to build and execute recruitment plans and campaigns.
- Lead the hiring process from market insights and job briefings to candidate selection and offers.
- Source qualified candidates through direct channels and agency partners as needed.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates.
- Advise on optimum selection processes based on role needs.
- Promote the company's employer brand, values, and culture.
