Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of roles, building and executing effective hiring plans.
• Source candidates from LinkedIn and other job boards, creating pipelines for immediate vacancies and talent-pooling for the future.
• Drive Tandem’s employer brand to enhance engagement with top-tier talent.
• Deliver an unparalleled candidate experience, including providing constructive feedback.
• Become an expert user of the ATS system (Greenhouse) and use data to track performance and suggest improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with various departments to frame hiring plans accordingly.
• Play a leading role in the continued development of the Talent function.
