Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Provide first-line HR support, advice, and coaching to designated client groups on the full life cycle of HR issues.
- Manage the appraisal and salary review processes, collaborating closely with chiefs, directors, and line management.
- Proactively assist in managing employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment law.
- Monitor and manage absence issues, supporting client groups in maintaining a healthy workplace.
- Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives.
- Analyse exit interview data to identify trends and communicate insights to management.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures, adapting them to meet changing legislative and business requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider HR team and lead the delivery of specific projects.
