Summary: The role of the Recruiter Onboarding Coordinator at a leading Investment Bank involves managing the onboarding process for candidates within the Engineering division. This position requires strong organizational skills and effective communication as the coordinator interacts with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. The contract is initially for 6 months but is likely to extend beyond a year. The role is hybrid and based in Birmingham, offering a pay rate of up to £200 per day depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be proactive and responsive with candidates, managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in thoughtful and professional communication throughout the coordination process.
- Quickly scan submitted resumes and route them to the correct hiring managers.
- Maintain organization by tracking assigned candidates, progress, and pending items.
Key Skills:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Onboarding experience.
- Experience using an ATS tracking system.
- Knowledge of SharePoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, among other MS programs.
- High attention to detail and organization.
